Returns & Exchanges

At Freestyle Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new timepiece doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your watch in its original box with all tags attached, apply the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
